Location: Tysons Corner, VA

In-office: Monday Friday, 9 AM 5 PM

Salary Range: $80,000 $90,000 DOE

We are seeking a dynamic Recruiting Manager to join our team and lead the charge in sourcing top sales talent across multiple locations.

About the Role:

As our Recruiting Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Managing and following up on interviews and candidate pipelines
• Creating and optimizing job postings on Indeed and other platforms
• Managing ad spend to maximize recruitment ROI
• Developing innovative strategies to find the right fit for sales roles
• Traveling to various states for recruiting events at colleges, organizations, and hiring fairs
• Organizing and participating in hiring events to attract top talent
