Hiring Sales Manager | Remote

Location: Remote (Monday Friday, 9 AM 5 PM EST, some weekends)

Omari Construction is a leader in insurance and retail sales, providing top-tier services to clients while fostering a dynamic, results-driven team environment. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team, drive revenue, and enhance operational efficiency.

Position Overview:

As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the insurance and retail sales division, managing sales representatives, and ensuring smooth sales operations. This position requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership & Team Management

• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Conduct weekly meetings, track performance, and ensure KPIs are met.
• Oversee contract signings and customer account management.
• Implement performance improvement plans as needed.

Strategic Business Development

• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue.
• Strengthen client relationships and expand referral business.
• Monitor sales projections and identify opportunities for growth.

Operational Oversight & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
• Manage sales documentation, invoicing, and payment processing.
• Collaborate with insurance carriers and third-party contractors.
• Oversee installations and scheduling for interior work.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

• Conduct roof inspections and assessments to ensure service quality.
• Assist clients with claims and financial planning for unexpected events.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, enhancing the customer experience.

Who We're Looking For:

• Master's Degree required in Business, Public/International Relations, or Finance.
• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in insurance or retail sales.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to train, mentor, and develop sales teams for success.
• Experience with AccuLynx, CRM tools, and Google Calendar for productivity.
• C1-level English proficiency, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

What We Offer:

• Salary: $8 to $12 per hour + Commission & Bonuses
• Performance-Based Bonuses
• Annual 3% Raise (Capped at $75,000)
