Residential design/build Director of operations: Project Management & estimating

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Director of Operations in our new residential design build department to join and head our team.

This is a unique role that entails serving as a head in-office project manager and estimator, building, hiring and running a team of estimators and subcontractors, creating processes, and managing projects from the estimating phase to project completion. 

Your responsibilities will include estimating, managing, and executing various design/build residential new construction and remodeling projects of all sizes. 

These projects will be brought to you by our sales team and other lead sources. You will work closely with clients, our team, architects, civil, structural, and or MEP engineers to execute these projects. You will obtain permits in local jurisdictions. You will be expected to procure and bid on multiple residential jobs. These opportunities will come from our lead services, as well as your own self-generated leads and other networks. You will proactively reach out to clients, architects, engineers, local suppliers, manufacturers, subcontractors, local jurisdictions, and more. 

You will regularly receive requests for estimates from our in-house sales team. These estimates will pertain to various projects ranging from small exterior remodeling jobs to new construction.
